The house-museum of the film "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors" is located in the village of Verkhovyna, Ivano-Frankivsk region. In this house for seven months (in 1963-1964, during the filming of the film), the director Sergei Parajanov lived and worked, and the creative team of the film also visited here. The museum was opened in 2000, the exposition presents things related to the film "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors", photographs, Hutsul clothes that visitors can try on, and household items.
