Murovanie Kurilovitsy is a small village on the river. Zhvan in the Vinnitsa region. The first mention in the annals of the Murovany Kurilovitsy (Churilovtsy) dates back to 1453.

Here, on a high mountain, a castle was built in the 16th century, later almost completely destroyed. Only the underground casemates and the remains of the fortress walls have survived. In 1805, a palace-estate was built on the site of the castle. Its owner was Count Potocki. During the construction of the castle, the preserved parts of the castle buildings were included in its composition.
A landscape park was laid out at the palace, created under the direction of the park builder D. Mikler. Subsequently, the estate became the property of Admiral Chikhachev. The ensemble of the estate includes: a palace, an arsenal (stable), three outbuildings, castle fortifications of the 16th century. with underground casemates, escarpment and the remains of fortress walls, as well as a bridge over the Zhvan River. The building of the palace (1805) is located on a steep drop in relief and has two floors on the main facade, and three floors on the park facade. In front of the park facade there is a vast terrace arranged on the vaulted ceiling of the greenhouse, which, as it were, makes up the lower floor of the palace. At the moment, there is a boarding school in the premises of the estate. Despite the fact that the school is a budget organization, its administration has found funds for repair and restoration work. The building of the stables was completely repaired and the stucco decorations inside the palace building were partially restored.
