Borisoglebskaya Church is located in the eastern part of the city. The stone temple was built in the second half of the 19th century on the site of an ancient church built under Yaroslav the Wise in the 11th century. In Soviet times, the Borisoglebsk Church was turned into a museum, and now it is active and belongs to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate.
