Impeccable Service
Kutsay Tatyana, sales manager of the travel agency Prosto Tour (Kharkiv) organized an impeccable trip for us in a short time, took into account ABSOLUTELY all our wishes, which was not easy, as we traveled with two children 8 and 9 years old. We have a long rest 1-2 times a year, often got into different situations, in many travel agencies they are completely disappointed, usually after payment, they immediately forget about tourists, but not in this case: full support of the rest, the person is constantly in touch, from the beginning of the rest until the arrival home! Thanks to Tatyana, our vacation was comfortable and unforgettable!.
