We went to Bulgaria for two years in a row with Mediatour and Doris. Both times we were satisfied with the paperwork and transportation. We chose the hotel ourselves, so that later we would not make any claims against anyone. We were also lucky with the hotel. The buses are new, comfortable, there were no complaints about the drivers, the main thing is not to sleep at the wheel.
