everything is terrible
Through Join Up we went to Crete on 08/15/2014. We were brought to the hotel, they said that the hotel was across the road. We go to the hotel, and they tell us that there are no places there. We started calling the host, we are not in the database. We call Join Up, they say that they don’t know anything about us. Our tour company is calling Join Up at the same time.
