If there is a TEZ Tour when choosing, then I always fly with this operator !!!
I regret only one thing - it's a pity that the first time I flew not with the TEZ Tour! ;) I flew to Egypt several dozen times already, got into various "trouble": late, delays, inconsistencies in hotels, problems with accommodation, rooms, etc. Where there is a human factor - not without it :( but nevertheless, their employees and representatives (even reached the company's management), almost always helped out and came to the rescue, even repeatedly helped people who bought tours from other operators (5 times - 7 with different my friends this happened) 3 months ago, they even provided me with a transfer at the airport, since mine did not arrive, although I did not buy a ticket from them.
