We used the service of a travel agency for the first time and were satisfied that it was the "Travel Bureau". As beginners, my husband and I had a lot of questions and doubts about the tour, so for several days on the Internet we asked questions, asked for links to various sites of tour operators - and received detailed answers from Oksana Zhazhko, who never tired of instilling confidence that everything will be fine :) As a result, a trip was chosen with the Accord tour operator, which turned out to be on top - an attentive attendant, excellent guides, a very comfortable bus, a good hotel.
