I ran into this company twice, the first time, in the winter of 2013, I wanted to go to the Carpathians - I came to their office in Kirovograd per-K Dekabristov 5, got nasty almost immediately, as I started asking questions, and the so-called "headmistress" herself is rude Victoria (it's just impossible to call such people differently). Of course, I did not go with them, I chose another travel agency.
