I was organizing a trip for my parents. I turned to this agency for help. I had a conversation with a guy over the Internet. Check-in was fast and comfortable. Parents also liked everything, except for the way back. There the transfer was late for either 7 or 5 hours. And the parents stood on the track for 5 hours. They were simply brought there and made to wait.
