We have been working with this agency for the 3rd year and of course the quality is excellent as always, otherwise we would have found someone else. We chose the tour ourselves, and then we just called the girl and said that we want this particular tour. We asked what she could offer us the maximum possible discount and she offered us, we were interested and we flew.
