Terrible tour operator
Terrible trip with tour operator Natalie Tours to Portugal. Lost any desire to rest with them. Rested in Lisbon family for 10 days. Our tour included a transfer, a hotel and a sightseeing tour of the city. Before departure, no one told us when the sightseeing tour would be, they said to inform us only upon arrival. Our flight was 19 hours. We were insanely tired.
