Terrible tour operator!
In September, we used the services of the tour operator TUI and bought tickets to Turkey. At the stage of registration of vouchers and our payment, the smiles ended and we were no longer interested in the tour operator. Upon arrival in Turkey, the guide left us without even going to the hotel with us. On the way back we had to fly VIMAVIA, the flight was delayed for 13 hours.
