Unsatisfactory work of the tour operator.
With a single-standard paid for, they tried to hook up with another tourist. Not only did the called representatives of the Biblio-Globus not help in resolving the issue, they also lied in explaining to the travel agent. where I purchased the tour, as if the tourist (I) claimed to check in before 14-00. The whole conversation with the hotel manager was with the representatives of the Biblio + Globus.
