The travel agency may be good, but ...
We bought a New Year's bus here in Georgia. According to the program, the bus was supposed to travel from Depropetrovsk for 1.5 days, maybe a little more. Due to traffic jams at customs and near Rostov, we drove exactly 2.5 days. Loss of time, as a result of which instead of 4 days in Tbilisi, I had to spend 3 days there. The company did not even want to delay the departure for half a day.
