Disrespect to their customers, stole 1.5 days
The company was not chosen, they trusted the agent of the travel agency. . . We paid for the ticket, plus 50€ for a comfortable flight. Scheduled departure on April 28th at 5.00, rescheduled the flight to 7.00, took off at 9.40, went to the hotel at 13.15 (pay extra for being at the hotel by 9.00). At a meeting at the hotel with a representative of the annex, we heard a lot of terrible stories about what happens to tourists when they buy excursions not in the annex, but in travel agencies opposite the hotels.
