The manager did not pick up the tour at all
We went to the travel agency to pick up a tour for 4 people, the manager could not describe the city at least in a nutshell, at the asking price, also taking our phone and e-mail: she didn’t call back, she didn’t send a selection of hotels. Obviously disappointed! We spent half an hour at the agency without getting at least some description of the country, advice on the best hotel (and we were talking about an expensive tour).
