Very responsible employees
We were delayed by the plane in that direction, we had to sit at the airport for a day. What was my surprise when, upon returning from the tour, the staff of the travel agency helped me to draw up a Claim to the tour operator for free (very legally correctly executed) and filed it myself. I returned from vacation only a week ago, and the money for the lost day has already been credited to my account.

Excellent hotel
Traveled with my husband for our wedding anniversary. After we were given a marriage certificate, we were upgraded for free and settled in a large room with sea views, a jacuzzi and a terrace.
