Good hotel for families
I really liked the hotel. Small and cozy. We lived in the main building on the 6th floor. The room is freshly renovated. The food was varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and willing to help, everything is clean.

Good tour company, nice staff.
The travel agency was recommended by friends. Was very satisfied with the service. Special thanks to Lyudmila, who picked up the tour for us, for her patience and kindness

Great stay in a good hotel
Stayed as a family with 2 children. We arrived early, we were asked to wait and sent for breakfast. At 12.00 they checked into the room. The room was clean, cleaned every day, they made swans and even an elephant.

The hotel is clearly not 4 star.
We stayed at the hotel from 16 to 27 July 2015. They settled right away. The room was on the 10th floor with a view of the mountains and the sea. The sea and nature are just fabulous.
