I read all the reviews and I want to say one thing - do not demand five stars from three stars! For the troika and in Turkey - everything is very good. Arina worked at the reception - a sweet and helpful woman.

'Wonder Guide' Natalia Valitova
I flew with friends to Crete, pos. Bali hotel Dfli Mare 4 * - sent, met, placed - everything is fine, and then the circus! Hotel guide - Natalia Valitova, "kindness" itself! At first, she refused to hold a meeting on the day of arrival (we were still waiting for an hour to check in) - she gathered a group of those who arrived yesterday and barked that we would come tomorrow with our group! She was prevented by 4 people (took away 5)?! And what is a group anyway? Okay! They came tomorrow - the lady was well late - and we saw our "group" - a funny bunch - we are from Kyiv, 2 from Vologda and 3 from N.
