Complete deception!!!
During the purchase of a tour to Bulgaria, the Interhotel Pomorie hotel was agreed on a new building with air conditioning. As a result, we got a room in the old building with a fan. At a temperature of 35 degrees in the room, it was not possible to sleep. We contacted the tour operator, they promised to relocate us for two days ... the result is zero.
