They stole money, vacation and the new year!
I have dealt with this company several times in the past. But this time they sold a tour to a non-existent hotel, and similar in name has a lower star rating and is located 13 km further from the center! They refuse to return the money. Most of all touches the question: "What does not suit you?" Will not go back and will recommend to all my friends and family.
