Having completed the documents during the day, my manager, who sent me, was able to buy tickets only from this tour operator. Thank you! You have a good airline. And the tour operator, because of which I had problems, did not even bother to help me with the flight.

I think that when making a ticket, managers are obliged to check all the documents of departing tourists and suggest what needs to be issued for traveling abroad and what is missing. Having paid the money for the ticket, I arrived at the airport with the child and they checked my documents for issuing boarding passes and refused us.
