Terrible hotel and rude attitude

We join the previous negative reviews. We got there by FORTUNE-4 * Before that, we repeatedly rested in Turkey, but we never met such a boorish attitude anywhere, on the contrary, we were always satisfied with the rest and even parted like best friends.

We found a hotel 7.5 km from the center with good reviews, but only from owners of personal vehicles. Looked at different sites, but did not find the answer. If anyone has been there please let me know!
