The tour operators promised a fantastic hotel. In fact, Leonardo is a dark and gloomy hotel, the room was without a window!! ! Everywhere there is dirt and dust, furniture, you won’t even find this in our garbage dump, the table was never wiped during our entire stay, the bed was never changed.
