Poor service provision (fraud)
I booked and paid for the tour of this tour operator - Anex Tuor. The flight took place during quarantine. On behalf of the operator (Anex Tour), I was offered to reschedule the trip, but the obligatory condition was not to change the hotel, the number of days of stay and the persons planning the trip (tourists). And they asked not to demand a refund!!!! Ok, everyone is in the same boat.
