We chose the company by chance, I liked the hotel, which was chosen independently, this hotel was offered by this travel agency. Contacting a travel agency hotel changed on their recommendation and were satisfied. Manager Julia very respectfully took into account our wishes, promptly offered other options. We clarified and took into account everything many times.

High level of service, small room
Rested at the hotel for 11 days. Satisfied with the quality of food, range, thoughtful amenities for recreation, organization of staff. Everything is at a very high level.
