The authorities of the agency do not make contact, the managers of this agency do not make contact, they are not going to help. We thought that we would disperse in the normal way, but I see that they do not want this. In conversations, they are fed breakfast, they refuse to return the amount, citing the fact that the tour operator Natalie-Tour does not return the money to them.
