I heard a lot about the tour operator "SAM". I considered them leading figures in the tourist business, and a model for others. But when I called on the phone in order to find out tours to the Crimea (before that, I could not understand the prices on the site), I was surprised at the attitude towards a potential buyer . The young man offered to come to the office, and when I tried to find out by phone, he said that I would find everything on the site.
