I can't say enough about the tour company. But the manager we had was terribly inattentive
We worked with cameraman Rita Tkach. Traveled with a child, for the first time abroad. The first unpleasant case - the manager cannot accurately indicate the address where the office is located. The second - due to the lack of organization and lack of professionalism of the manager, we had to redo the documents so that all the dates matched. Because of this, the date of submission of documents for a visa shifted, we had to personally go to Kyiv to the visa center, and we received passports at the airport almost before departure.
