We had no comments on the manager and their work. We just chose a tour ourselves, ordered it via the Internet and came to them for registration. Nobody said anything special, only then they sent a memo to the tourist in Viber. Everything was fine with the flights, only when we flew back we had a transfer. Due to the fact that the 1st flight was delayed, we almost missed the 2nd one, but everything was fine, there were no problems.
