Feedback about the travel agency Join Up
Everything was in order with the agency in terms of service, I didn’t like the work of the Join up tour operator, the flight was postponed for 16 hours, then for 30, then for 40, in the end, the paid dinner was taken away from us and no compensation for the whole bus of tourists. It was like this: the bus picked up tourists from the airport, and when there were 20 km left to the hotel, the bus turned around and took people back to the airport.
