I bought a week-long tour to Israel in the city in the south of the country Eilat (tour operator Coral). The cost of the tour is just under $1,000 and included accommodation and breakfast at the Rimonim Marina Club hotel and a flight from Moscow to Tel Aviv. Regarding the transfer, the agency explained that buying from them for $450 one way is not profitable, you can catch a taxi in Tel Aviv for $150-200 and get to Eilat in 2 hours.
