We ordered a visa, more than a month passed, after a call to their office, it turned out that the documents were not even handed over to the consulate. In short, they returned the passports, they don’t return the money and they can’t give any intelligible answer. They still have a bunch of passports in their office, the vacation is ruined and the mood too!.
