Extortion of surcharges after paying for the tour
We chose and paid for the tour with a choice of departure time. 5 days before departure, we change the departure time from 3 am to 17 pm. And they change the return flight from 20:00 to 14:00, i.e. 2 days are cut from vacation. For the return of the old time, they ask for 150 euros per person.
