I'll start with the fact that when they boarded the bus, everyone found that the air conditioner in the bus was not working, it was April 28, it was terribly hot. The bus left the route in a broken condition. To the questions of the passengers, the drivers said that yesterday it was working and they would fix it in Poland, then they already said that it was the weekend, all the workshops were closed.
