The travel agency fooled their heads and in the end the vacation fell through
We went with a girl to the department on a darynka. We went 3 weeks before the vacation to find out what options are available for a vacation for two and were ready to pay and submit documents on the spot. We were told that we still had some time left and that we would go home and expect a letter with options, and they also emphasized that we still have time and that we should not be shy about choosing.
