I want to express my gratitude to the agency and manager Natalia (office at 170 Kharkiv Highway, Kyiv). Very high quality and prompt support, all issues that arose were resolved during working and non-working hours. Natalia recommended the Queens Park Tekirovo hotel, although she wanted to go to another hotel. I am very grateful to Natalia for recommending this particular hotel.

Good hotel
Special thanks to Nurai, who met at the reception. Checked in even earlier than 2pm. The rest was great. All service at the highest level, the kitchen is delicious, there is a lot of food, the staff serves very quickly.
