The TUI positioned the hotel as 4 stars by inspecting it in the month of April. It was described that there was a renovation in 1919, but there was no renovation. The rooms were normal, everything worked in them, but they were very old, and the cleaning was not done well.

Review of the travel agency Vista Tour
Everything was fine in the agency, I have no complaints about them. Girl Svetlana designed everything well. I have very big complaints about the hotel itself. We had a TUI operator and they positioned the hotel in 4 stars, inspecting it in the month of April. But this hotel is not more than 2 stars. Very, very dissatisfied. From the side of the agency, everything was well designed and I liked everything, but the fact that they offered me this hotel, I don’t know what they were guided by.
