Alas, quarantine opened my eyes
I got the impression that the travel agency is one with the tour operator. The replacement of the hotel was a lower level hotel. We were convinced that the hotel was good, but in fact everything turned out to be wrong. The replacement documents were a substitution of the old contract, so alas, nothing can be returned.

It is better not to travel with children.
Went to this hotel as a replacement ours didn't open. The hotel is dirty: the children's pool blooms periodically and only upon complaint is it cleaned, no one wipes the tables near the sun loungers, in the main restaurant the fries are laid with gloved hands.
