"Tickets" were taken from the guide who met us at the airport, now, most likely, they can be booked on the Internet. The tower is worth visiting for a number of reasons.

It is interesting for engineers, techies and amateurs to look at the city from a height.
We acted as recommended by the guidebook - we arrived at about eight in the morning (especially since we lived nearby, in the "Renaissance") and took free tickets for an interesting time for us, at 17.
