Spoiled vacation
From 7.06. on 06/17/2013, my husband and I were vacationing in Turkey at the Asdem Beach Labada hotel. Vouchers were purchased in advance, on February 21, 2013 through the tour operator Anex-Tour. The holiday was completely ruined. 2 days before departure, we were notified that the departure of the aircraft was changing from Lviv to Kyiv, without any explanation.
