The hotel is not 5 star.
The hotel needs renovation, old furniture. The territory of the hotel is not bad, but it is not cleaned well. Didn't like the service very much. The staff is unfriendly and rude, especially at the reception.

About the intention to go on vacation with a family of 4 left a request on the Internet on different sites. Managers immediately began to call back, but after the second refusal of the proposed hotels, the calls stopped. The most persistent and, as it turned out, the only one left was the manager of this agency, Natalya. Despite the fact that I “fooled my head” for a long time, irritation was never heard in her voice.
