I liked everything about the agency. As for the transfer, there was a transfer of the flight on the way there for 40 minutes, it was not critical. But, on the way back, there was a transfer of the flight for 4.5 hours, this was already critical. We had to leave the hotel at 02:00 in the morning, and they picked us up at 06:30. Unfortunately, in this situation, I cannot give a high rating to the tour operator, since the Join up website did not display real information about the flight departure time.
