Good afternoon. I want to share my impressions about the tour to Bukovel for 4 days (23.02.2020-28.02.2020). Everything would be just fine if it were not for the organization of the work of a certain Olga Yonash, i.e. lack of organization. Now in order: - upon arrival in Ivano-Frankivsk, we were met not by the leader of the group, but by the bus driver, who could hardly find the list of the group, missing a few people, the driver ran to look, then call Olga, as a result, we spent 30-40 minutes on this circus - the gathering of the group at the departure from Yasinya was also carried out by the driver, which led to the loss of vacationers and they were forced to get to Bukovel on their own - out of four days, the group leader accompanied us only three days - the time of collection and return to the village of Yasinya changed and was not brought to the attention of all vacationers, which led to the loss of our time in Bukovel - on the last day of skiing, the skiing time was reduced by the "group leader" by half an hour, due to traffic jams on the road from the village of Yasinya to Ivano-Frankivsk, although we arrived an hour and a half earlier - the "group leader" naturally did not accompany us on the way to Ivano-Frankivsk, giving the boarding documents to a vacationing tourist who had no idea that another person was a confidential person, as a result they did not want to let us board the train.
