Not a good travel agency
I managed to contact the travel agency "Tickets to Summer" with a request to find a good hotel in Tunisia, they recommended this one. I bought tickets for a month and as a result, upon arrival, we were denied accommodation and sent to another hotel, cheaper and worse. At my request to return at least the difference in the price of hotels, the manager of this company, Katya, gave the phone of the John ap hotline and told herself to call and find out, and then stopped answering altogether.
