Incompetent travel agency
In the second half of October, we purchased a package tour to Egypt for four at this travel agency. The tour operator was supposed to be served by the tour operator "On Vacation", however, the next day after we paid the full cost, they called us back and said that the tour operator and the hotel where we were supposed to rest had some problems and suggested that we either choose another hotel , or fly to the same one, but through another tour operator, and then you still need to pay extra.
