Banal negligence
Dear tourists! I and 20 other people were very disappointed in this company. Because on 04/24/2014 a group of 45 people had to leave for a bus tour of Europe. And when we were already in Lvov (23 hours on the train), we were informed that the Consul of Slovakia supposedly, through negligence, forgot to stamp our visa. Then we met two women who said that twenty more tourists, without explanation, were simply denied a tour.
