Completely incompetent staff
For the first time I decided to go abroad. It was necessary to apply for a visa to Poland, through which you can get to Germany. I could not get intelligible answers on the package of documents to be submitted, on the procedure for issuing a visa, and in a month I did not achieve anything. Instead of explaining everything at once, Ekaterina, an employee, gave completely absurd answers and eventually offered me a consultation at the office, while my questions were general and did not require separate consultations and trips to the office.
