My wife and I were brought on 03/05/16 at about 14.00 from the airport. We flew flight ZF9403. They took a voucher and the Thai girl behind the counter, the manager, in poor English told us about tomorrow's arrival at 10.00. I didn’t understand and remembering that tomorrow our guide is coming at 10.00 agreed and ..... we were put on the sofa.
